Matrix Anesthesia prides itself in providing safe, patient-centered anesthetic care.  We are always looking for highly-qualified board-certified or board-eligible physicians to join our expanding practice.  In addition, we are looking for additional non-physician staff to meet our growing needs.

Physician Qualifications

Our anesthesiologists enjoy working in a collegial environment with our surgical colleagues, medical staff and patients.  Therefore, we expect future physician partners to have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as an excellent bedside manner.

Our scope of practice is wide and varied, and we expect our future physician partners to be flexible, adaptive and current with an evidence based medical practice.

In addition, we require our future partners to have the following qualifications:

  • All candidates must either be board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology
  • All candidates must have a Physician and Surgeon license from the medical commission of Washington State
  • All candidates must have a DEA registration number
  • All candidates must have a current ACLS certification

Financial Analyst

Full Time Exempt

Job Title:   Financial Analyst

 Reports to:   CEO

 FSLA Status:   Full Time, Exempt

 Job purpose

Serve as Financial Analyst; performing full cycle accounting, payroll, financial analysis, and payables along with data analysis to support group in making key financial considerations.

 Duties and responsibilities

  • Managing and overseeing accounting functions including financial statements, payroll, accounts payable, and related accounting reports within a complex group structure.
  • Performing financial feasibility studies/advising on practice expansion opportunities
  • Preparation and implementation of annual budgets, financial and cash forecasting
  • Preparation of cash analysis for determination of cash distributions for partner/ shareholders
  • Data analytics on OR utilization and various other data requests for group use.

 Qualifications

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and be an advanced Excel user
  • Financial preparation and analysis experience to include Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flows
  • Experience in general ledger, and preparation of journal entries
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Quickbooks
